You will be contacted by a customer service agent within 48 business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, at the email address provided in your return request. A return authorization number will be assigned to you along with return instructions. Please do not return any product without this authorization as delays and additional costs in processing your file may be incurred. Please note that for health and safety reasons, some items are not returnable.
